Abstract

An improvement in the planning, supply and execution processes is proposed through a multi-criteria approach based on the application of BPM. For the development of the proposal were taken as a reference the different methodologies identified in the literature of the subject, which were integrated and resulted in the stages of identification, discovery, analysis, redesign, implementation and control of processes. It was identified that the main problem of the company in study was that their processes were not focused on a defined development methodology, were too extensive and lacked communication with each other. This caused inefficiency in them and, therefore, losses in the company.
