Pendampingan Siswa Dalam Pencegahan Pernikahan Anak Usia Dini Melalui Sosialisasi dan  Edukasi Prespektif Hukum Negara dan Hukum Islam Di Pondok Pesantren SMP Khairul Fatihin NW Jineng Lombok Timur

Abstract

Early marriage in Indonesia is one of the social events that is a common concern, because early marriage occurs in many parts of the country, both in urban and rural areas, this situation is influenced by the lack of public awareness of the losses caused by early marriage and the lack of knowledge about marriage law in the perspective of state law and Islamic law. The purpose of this socialization is to educate students of Khairul Fatihin NW Middle School, Jineng Village about preventing early marriage. This community service activity uses an open socialization method which is attended by 60 students from the Khairul Fatihin NW Islamic Boarding School, especially for students of Junior High School (SMP) Jineng Village, Wanasaba District, East Lombok Regency. The activities include lecture and discussion methods, and discussion and question and answer sessions with participants. The UIN Mataram KKP Team strives to educate students with socialization methods to provide an understanding of early marriage in the perspective of state law and Islamic law. The results of the socialization have a positive impact in increasing students' awareness and understanding of personality, causes, laws, and risks of early marriage, as well as playing a role in preventing early marriage in Jineng Village.
