Abstract

This paper reviews the research of employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior. Drawing on individual cognition theory, social cognition and social recognition theory, leadership theory, this paper analyzes the factors and the results of employees’ unethical pro-organizational behavior. Furthermore, based on the existing research, this paper prospected the future research.
