Who influences tweeting at international cardiology conferences?

Abstract

This report explores the pattern of cardiology tweeting across three major international conferences, identifying a core group of big name cardiology tweeters who were major influencers at each conference, but also providing evidence that tweeters with a smaller social media following can produce popular and high quality content, flattening the hierarchy of cardiology conference tweeting.
