Lurasidone hydrochloride

Abstract

In the crystal structure of the title compound, C28H 37N4O2S+·Cl- [systematic name: 4-(1,2-benzothiazol-3-yl)-1-({2-[(3,5-dioxo-4-aza-tricyclo-[5. 2.1.02,6]decan-4-yl)methyl]cyclo-hex-yl}methyl)piperazin-1-ium chloride], the anions and cations are linked by N - H⋯Cl hydrogen bonds. The crystal structure is further stabilized by C - H⋯π and C - H⋯O inter-actions. © Zhang et al. 2012.
