Abstract

Effects of the addition of SiO//2 and Al//2O//3 to green and pre-heated hematite compacts on the expansion/contraction of the two compacts when reduced in a hydrogen atmosphere were studied by measuring changes in electrical resistance and thermal expansion/contraction.
