Abstract

The article discusses the utopian thought in the Scottish Reformation and Enlightenment. The author notes that there has been criticism on the notion of utopia and the project of utopia formation over the years. Some Scottish theorists became preoccupied with notions of covenants and covenanting during the Reformation.
