The purpose of this research is to produce, test the validity, and assess the practicality of basic Canva based electrical and electronic teaching materials. The method used in this research is research and development or R&D with the 4D development model (Four-D Models). The results of this study are: (1) Canva based teaching materials which refer to the Four-D Models development model which includes four stages, namely define, design, develop and disseminate; (2) The percentage of media validity based on the assessment of the material expert obtained a value of 82.85% (very valid), and the assessment of the media expert obtained a percentage of 88.00% (very valid), while based on the practicality test by the teacher, the percentage was 97.00% (very practical) and 87.00% practicality by students (very practical) to be used as a learning medium. The data obtained shows that the subject matter in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects on basic competence differentiates the resulting Canva based electrical component data specifications are valid.
