Abstract

The article reports on the involvement of the international human rights organization MADRE in providing humanitarian assistance in Pakistan. MADRE is working in Pakistan with the Shirkat Gah Women's Resource Center which is working to deliver aid to remote regions through a network of local organizations. Time is critical as they struggle to shelter families and provide food and clothing before the cold weather arrives.
