Abstract
An interhemispheric subdural hematoma is uncommon although acute or chronic subdural hematoma are generally situated over the cerebral convexity. In this report, an interhem spheric subdural hematoma occuring in a patient with hemophilia B is described, with special reference to the characteristic clinical and computerized tomographic (CT) features. © 1981, Kurume University School of Medicine.
