DAMPAK PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI TIKTOK TERHADAP PERUBAHAN PERILAKU SOSIAL MAHASISWA PRODI PPKN

Abstract

The results of this study aim to describe how the impact of using the Tiktok application owned by the Chinese company ByteDance on changes in social behavior of students of the FKIP UNCEN PPKn Study Program. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive methods. The data collection process is carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study have shown that, the Tiktok application has a role in changes in social behavior, including addiction, lack of interaction in the real world, consumptive behavior, and long scroll for you page (fyp).Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana dampak dari penggunaan aplikasi Tiktok milik perusahaan China ByteDance terhadap perubahan perilaku sosial mahasiswa Prodi PPKn FKIP UNCEN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menunjukkan bahwa, aplikasi Tiktok memiliki andil dalam perubahan perilaku sosial, antara lain kecanduan, kurangnya interaksi di dunia nyata, perilaku konsumtif, serta waktu scroll for you page (fyp) yang lama.
