Abstract
The article presents a study on the prevalence of abuse, profiteering and corruption in the public procurement system in the administrative government in Malaysia. The study on the Malaysian Government public procurement system reveals on the potential for the risk of abuse and unethical manipulations. The findings of the study suggests the need of improving the procurement system to be able to prevent corruption.
