Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Amdal pada Kegiatan Pertambangan di Provinsi Maluku Utara

Abstract

Not all mining companies / proponents carry out environmental management and monitoring reports which can create gaps in the implementation of AMDAL which have implications for decreasing the effectiveness and quality of AMDAL. The effectiveness of the EIA implementation is in accordance with the procedure but so far the supervision has not been maximal, because the mining company / proponent is not open in terms of environmental management and monitoring.
