Abstract
Due to the labor conditions in Mexico, a qualitative investigation is carried out through a focus group in order to identify some of the experiences of Mexicans in which their labor rights and quality of working life have been violated, in comparison to what the legal regulations of these mark, realizing that, despite the existence of Organizations and Documents that seek to create conditions of well- being for the worker, in their experience what prevails is the vulnerability to their labor rights. The ways in which their health, their relationships and their productivity arise are identified. It is concluded that there is a need for organizations that regulate the application of legally established guidelines regarding labor rights, because we continue to live in a context of vulnerability and labor exploitation.
