A b s t r a c t This study aimied to analyze the management of learning facilities at SMP Dharma Siswa Tangerang especially regarding classroom management. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies at SMP Dharma Siswa Tangerang. The data were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the study was improved using triangulation by analyzing the data from various perspectives, namely school principals, vice principals of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students. The result shows that planning in classroom management is carried out by compiling a list of plans for procuring the required facilities through the RKAS. Classroom learning facilities are adequate, but awareness in maintenance is still lacking and the number of classrooms does not fit to the number of students. Therefore the school divides learning activities to be carried out in the morning and afternoon. The plan to increase the construction of classrooms as a place for teaching and learning activities was responded well by both teachers and students because the students felt enthusiastic about the learning activities carried out in the morning. Teachers and students take the same role in maintaining the facilities so as to optimize learning activities.
