ORIENTAÇÕES MINISTRADAS À GESTANTE DURANTE A ASSISTÊNCIA PRE-NATAL: atuação dos profissionais de Enfermagem

Abstract

Para caracterizar as ações educativas da enfermagem no Ambulatório de Pré-natal de um Hospital-escola, realizou-se um estudo fundamentado no levantamento retrospectivo das orientações de enfermagem registradas nos prontuários médicos e na observação das mesmas ministradas pelos profissionais de enfermagem.To characterize the educational nursing actions at the Prenatal Care Outpatients Clinic of the University Hospital, Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, it was carried out a study based on a retrospective survey of nursing notes made on medical records and an observation of the guidance provided by the nursing professional.
