Abstract

Agribusiness is one of the sectors that shun deceleration of the economy. The sector greatly participates in organizations, such as coops, formed by a juridical corporation with a common aim: success, productivity and economic and social assets. However, success in management depends on several market and social factors, among which, clients´ degree of fidelity and/or associate may be mentioned. Current study identifies the satisfaction level of associates of an agricultural and livestock coop in the northern region of Rio Grande do Sul. A descriptive, qualitative and quantitative research, foregrounded on a semi-structured questionnaire, was employed for data collection. Most associates purchase inputs from the coop and in general they are satisfied with the service and with the products offered. However, several reports from associates revealed that continuous improvement in services given should be less dependent on the buying power of the associate. Results show that the agriculture and livestock coop had a high satisfaction degree and the associates were eager to continue participating.
