Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of libraries in supporting the School Literacy Movement (GLS). This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing 6 elementary school teachers in Buleleng District. Data analysis was carried out by data triangulation, namely the stages of data collection, data analysis, data presentation, verification/conclusion. The results showed that the library has a very important role in supporting the success of the School Literacy Movement (GLS). This is because the library can be used as a space in fostering children’s interest in reading. This can be realized with the habit of reading 15 minutes every day.
