Abstract

1995年1月17日早朝, 兵庫県南部を予想もしなかった地震が襲い2, 000万tonにも及ぶ災害廃棄物が発生した。 われわれは, その廃棄物を概算で65.5%リサイクルし, 残りを焼却, 埋立するという対策を打ち出し, 1997年3月完了を目指して取り組んでいる。
