Abstract
Article History: Kata Kunci : STEAM AR Augmented Reality Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia Dini This study aims to describe the process and analyse the effectiveness of the application of STEAM assisted by augmented reality to develop language skills in children aged 5-6 years. This study uses mixed methods with concurrent embedded research design. The study was given to 4 children and was conducted at Gg. Tanjung 1 RT. 35 RW. 06 District of Central Nagri, Purwakarta Regency. Data collection using observation. Data analysis using qualitative and quantitative analysis. STEAM to develop language skills in children aged 5-6 years consisted of 3 sessions in which there were augmented reality STEAM steps, namely reflection, research, discovery, application, and communication. The use of augmented reality at the reflection and research stages makes children know more information about the objects displayed.The resulting projects are an aeroplane project, a training project, and a fire engine project.
