Abstract

The article discusses the process of software testing based on calculated metrics, the use of which allows the creation of a high-quality software product with minimal time resources used. A set of basic test metrics is proposed that can be used to track the effectiveness of the testing process and increase its productivity. The results of the calculation of metrics are evaluated using the example of testing the functionality of a CRM system.
