This research aims to analyze moisture decreasing rate on seed drying process inside box dryer. Material and equipment for this research were dryer box, digital room thermometer, conventional room thermometer, aeration bag, and kale seeds.Used dryer boxes were dryer box 1 that was near to the heater and dyer box 2 that was far from the heater. The heater temperature varied between 38oC until 42oC. Drying process was done until seed moisture reached 11%-10%. The result was there were temperature and relative humidity difference of drying air between the dryer box. The farthest dryer box from the heater (DB2) had higher temperature than the closest dryer box to the heater (DB1). The drying air temperature inside the dryer box was tended to fall and raised according to the ambient temperature around the dryer, as well as the control temperature displayed on the sensor. The dryer box temperature ranged between 33,6oC until 38oC. The average relative humidity of drying air inside DB 1 and DB 2 were 55,3% and 54,52% respectively. The Average of moisture decreasing for the first 24 hours and the second 24 hours were 1,357% and 0,963%, respetively. The average moisture decreasing
