IoT LED Control System Implementation and Optimization Using Wi-Fi Through a Telegram Bot

Abstract

This study develops an IoT-based LED control system operated through the Telegram application, using Wi-Fi connectivity. The system is designed to allow users to remotely control the LED lighting, including turning it on, off, or adjusting its intensity, using a Telegram bot as the control interface. A microcontroller connected to a Wi-Fi module receives commands from the Telegram bot via a server and executes the instructions to control the LED. Optimization was conducted to ensure energy efficiency and improve the system’s response time to user commands. Testing demonstrated that the system performs responsively and stably under various network conditions, with low power consumption. This approach provides an efficient and user-friendly solution for LED IoT control systems, suitable for smart home applications or industrial environments requiring remote lighting control via Telegram.Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem kontrol LED berbasis IoT yang dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Telegram, dengan koneksi menggunakan teknologi Wi-Fi. Sistem ini dirancang agar pengguna dapat mengontrol pencahayaan LED dari jarak jauh, baik untuk menyalakan, mematikan, maupun mengatur intensitasnya, menggunakan bot Telegram sebagai antarmuka pengendali. Mikrokontroler yang terhubung ke modul Wi-Fi bertugas menerima perintah dari Telegram bot melalui server, lalu mengeksekusi instruksi untuk mengontrol LED. Optimasi dilakukan untuk memastikan efisiensi daya dan mempercepat respons sistem terhadap perintah pengguna. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini bekerja dengan responsif dan stabil dalam berbagai kondisi jaringan, dengan konsumsi daya yang rendah. Dengan pendekatan ini, sistem kontrol LED IoT menawarkan solusi yang efisien dan mudah digunakan, cocok untuk aplikasi rumah pintar atau lingkungan industri yang memerlukan kontrol pencahayaan jarak jauh berbasis Telegram.
