Abstract
A 5-year-old girl presented to our hospital with prolonged pneumonic symptoms over 3 months. After a complete work-up, she was diagnosed with endobronchial mucoepidermoid carcinoma and treated with a left upper sleeve lobectomy. The patient is cured and doing well, 8 months after the surgical resection. © 2012 The Editorial Committee of Annals of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. All rights reserved.
