Abstract

The work environment is a fundamental determinant of the quality of employee work and productivity level. The employee's perception of the work environment is the result of interactions with the manager, within the work team, and is influenced by the various signals received from the organisational environment. We focused our attention on the young employees, who attended their first job during or immediately after Covid-19 pandemic, and who experienced online work conditions. We carried out a quantitative research, proposing a research model to determine the main factors that influence the perception of entry-level employees on the work environment. The theoretical structure model was validated using the PLS-PM method.
