S.Valunjkar.The.All-textand,letting.Abstract:BuildingInformationModelling(BIM)isanemergingconceptinArchitecture,EngineeringandConstruction(AEC)industry.Itisnotonlyatool,itisnotonlysoftware,itisanewconceptwhichmodel-basedtechnologyonbuildingprocess,informationandmanagementofdatawithdigitaltoolsandconstructingbuildingvirtuallybeforeitisbuiltonconstructionfield.TheIndianArchitecture,Engineering,andConstruction(AEC)industryisveryinfancystagewiththeimplementationofBuildingInformationModelling(BIM)becausetheyarenotawareaboutBIMtechnologyanditscapacity.Thispaperattemptedtoexplain4DBIMforbetterco-ordination,communicationandshareinformationamongprojectteamwhichisusefulforprojectsintermsofperformanceandtime.ThispaperalsopresentsacasestudyofresidentialbuildingwhichisexplainsthemethodologyandSoftware'susedforcreating4DBIMmodelswhichshowsthegraphicalpresentationandcommunicationoftheconstructionscheduleofcasestudy.Inthiscasestudy,commercialsoftware'ssuchasAutodeskRevit2016andAutodeskNavisworksManage2016areused.Wedeveloped4Dmodelwiththehelpofsoftware'ssuchasAutodeskRevitandAutodeskNavisworksManage.Thispaperconcludesthat4DBIMisbestalternativetotraditionalprojectschedulingtoolslikeCPMnetworks,barcharts.
