Abstract
Data found in class VII SLH Way Pengubuan Lampung show that students are low in working together in study groups, especially in learning integrated science. The think pair share method was chosen to solve students' problem in cooperative in learning integrated science. The study was conducted based on the Pelton's classroom action research model. The data sources used were mentor feedback, reflection journals, mentor observation sheets, and student questionnaire sheets. Based on the research conducted shows that the implementation of the think pair share method with the steps, (1) students are divided into nine groups; (2) students are given different assignments by the teacher; (3) students work on tasks independently; (4) students discuss with their groups about the assignments given; and (5) students share information with their colleagues, giving a change to the cooperation of Grade VII students in Way Pengubuan Lampung SLH on integrated science subjects to be better. The attitude of student cooperation has changed, the results of the questionnaire self-evaluation showed very good criteria for the first indicator (100%), the second indicator (100%), the third indicator (88.89%) and the fourth indicator (100%). Then showing good criteria for fifth indicator (66.67%). The results of the peer-evaluation questionnaire showed very good criteria for the first indicator (94.44%), the second indicator (88.89%) and the fourth indicator (94.44%). Then showing good criteria for the third indicator (77.78%) and indicator fifth (66.67%).
