Abstract

Communication is a fundamental process facilitating the transfer of information, emotions, and thoughts among individuals in the realm of sports. Sports communication encompasses interactions between athletes and coaches, teammates, media, and fans, playing a crucial role across all levels of sports. A conducive communication environment can influence athletes' performance, enhance team cohesion, and emerge as a critical factor in the path to success. In conclusion, sports communication is a critical factor in enhancing performance, strengthening team cohesion, and fostering healthy relationships between athletes and other stakeholders in the sports world. Developing effective communication strategies and implementing them is crucial to supporting the long-term success of both individual athletes and teams. Therefore, sports managers, coaches, and athletes should prioritize communication and strive to excel in this area.
