Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility has evolved in recent decades in professional practice and law. This was predicted in a seminal work by Howe and Strauss. This paper describes this evolution and illuminates millennials’ philosophy and attitudes as more aligned with stakeholder theory than stockholder theory.
