High Tc Superconductors of the Perovskite Structure Oxides

Abstract

Y-Ba-Cu oxide and Ho-Ba-Cu oxide are discovered to be high Tc superconductors. Other related high Tc superconducting materials with similar perovskite structures are also found. The effects of Ni and Mn on these materials are investigated by the measurement of the resistivity. © 1987 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
