Abstract

Unlike the bacterocecidia and mycocecidia, which present a more or less anarchical of diffuse vasculary irrigation, most of the zoocecidia, which are highly differenciated show a precocious ordinated plan of irrigation. In the galls of Cynipidae and Gecidomyiidue, which have a protective zone of sclerenchyma round the nutritive tissue, the radiary vasculary irrigation is centered on the larva and the vasculary plan is in place before the différenciation of the sclerenchyma zone: Case of the Aulax glechomae (Cynipidae) and of Rhabdophaga ramicola (Cecidomyiidae). Radiary irrigation take birth from a preexisting cambium and develop themselves in a centripetal manner towards the larva. Covering galls achieve a labial irrigation which joins itself to the vasculary system of the attacked organ. In the case of the gall of Craneiobia corni the in vitro regeneration of the sectioned lips can only be achieved when the larva, which is as well responsible of the induction of the différenciation of the vasculary irrigation, is present. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
