Abstract

Ergonomics, which studies the interaction between humans, machines, and the environment, is essential for enhancing the comfort and functionality of interior design. In this article, the author explores the application of artificial intelligence, particularly hybrid recommendation models, to achieve intelligent interior layout design from an ergonomic perspective. The core of this intelligent design involves matching and layout. Matching focuses on selecting the best options from a vast collection of design proposals and furniture products based on user preferences and needs. Layout involves optimally combining these choices to create spaces that are both visually appealing and practical. To accomplish this type of design, the author develops matching and layout recommendation models, constructing an initial framework for intelligent interior design. The recommendation model innovatively integrates various algorithms and techniques. It uses collaborative filtering to analyze user similarities through their behavior and preferences, recommending design solutions that align with user interests.
