Abstract

This paper aims to address the readiness of hospitality students to face the challenges in the mul­tina­tional trade and business environment by analyzing the level of Intercultural Communication Compe­tence (ICC) among the students and how the use of new media for intercultural communication activities impacts on the development of ICC.
