Abstract

For generation mean analysis a simultaneous joint scaling test with several correlated traits is proposed. Scaling test for individual traits were compared with this test and in general were not independent and are relatively less efficient for the correlated traits situation. The two and three traits cases have been illustrated with real data. © 1984 The Genetical Society of Great Britain.
