Abstract

A method is described for the continuous biological monitoring of the effluent from a high resolution gas chromatographic column using a single cell recording technique. The system can be used to provide precise information on the retention times of compounds with olfactory activity that are not detected with a coupled gas chromatograph - electroantennogram system. © 1982, Walter de Gruyter.
