Abstract

With the increasing production of crops, the study of new technologies and solutions to problems related to postharvesting has become indispensable, particularly with regard to storage options. In order to guarantee the quality and conservation of grain, important postharvest procedures should be followed, including safe transport and the storage of products in dry, well-ventilated facilities, with low levels of moisture content (X).
