THE ROLE OF EARLY MOBILIZATION ON WOUND HEALING AFTER SECTIO CAESAREA

Abstract

Background: Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a surgical procedure performed by giving an incision on the abdominal wall and uterus with the aim of assisting the delivery process by removing the fetus from the mother's womb. The delivery rate in 2018 was 17.6% of the total number of deliveries in Indonesia. In 2020 there were 67% of post SC patients whose impact from long wound healing when viewed from the health impact that would be caused was the risk of infection. Carrying out early mobilization can help the wound healing process.Objective: the purpose of this study was to analyze and summarize the results of one study with another regarding early mobilization of surgical wound healing in sectio cesarean cases.Result: the implementation of early mobilization is very effective in post-cesarean recoveryConclusion: From all the journals that have been reviewed and taken as literature, it was found that all research variables are related, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization of post sectio caesarea and the wound healing process.
