Abstract

There are flavonoid compositions with high content in Anoectochilus: Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl: 1.345% (dry weitgh); Anoectochilus lylei Rolfe ex Downiex: 1.044% (dry weitgh); Anoectochilus anamensis Aver: 0.903% (dry weitgh). There are 9-14 flavonoid from A. roxburghii,  A.  lylei and A. anamensis in preliminary analysis the total flavonoid samples by solvent system Ethylaxetat:Toluen:Acid formic:H2O = 7:3:1,5:1(v:v:v:v). All three extracted flavonoid from A. roxburghii,  A.  lylei and A. anamensis showed anti-oxidative activity (HTCO) through improving response to indigocarmin reaction by enzym peroxydase in human blood groups O. The inhibitive rate are as following order: A. roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl > A. lylei Rolfe ex Downiex > A. anamensis Aver.
