Abstract

In this Scientific Life, we propose ways to address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) challenges and outline steps and methodologies to create allies and empower leaders to support DEI efforts in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine (STEMM) for underrepresented minorities (URMs).
