Abstract

A new presumed case of the Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome is reported, showing two previously unreported features: (1) hypoglycemia after prolonged fast and ketogenic diet, and (2) morphological anomalies of the brain. It is not known whether the above findings are usual components of this syndrome.
