Pengaruh Terapi Akupuntur terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Darah pada Pasien di Klinik Umum Akupuntur Prima Medistra Medan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hypertension is a group of symptoms brought on by cardiovascular disease that worsens over time due to other, more complicated health issues. Medications and alternative treatments like acupuncture are also used. This research was conducted in 2023 at the Prima Medistra Acupuncture General Clinic in Medan with the aim of gaining insight into the efficacy of acupuncture therapy for hypertensive patients. This study is a precursor to an experimental one, using a posttest-only, one-group pretest design. H. (Sugiono, 2018) Subjects were monitored both before and after the treatment. Ho's hypothesis is rejected due to a P value of 0.000.005 for outcomes that were paired before and after the test. The results of a 2023 study conducted at the Prima Medistra Acupuncture General Clinic in Medan indicate that acupuncture treatment is effective in reducing blood pressure. Patients with high blood pressure who visit the Prima Medistra acupuncture general clinic may benefit from this method of blood pressure reduction and maintenance. It is expected that patients suffering from hypertension will routinely perform acupuncture therapy. It is hoped that research sites can provide even better service and provide health education about acupuncture therapy for hypertension. For future researchers, it is hoped that they can examine other diseases using the same variables. Keywords: Patient, Blood Pressure, Acupuncture Treatment  ABSTRAK Hipertensi merupakan sekelompok gejala yang disebabkan oleh penyakit kardiovaskular yang memburuk dari waktu ke waktu karena masalah kesehatan lain yang lebih rumit. Pengobatan dan pengobatan alternatif seperti akupunktur juga digunakan. Riset ini dilakukan pada tahun 2023 di Klinik Umum Akupunktur Prima Medistra Medan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang khasiat terapi akupunktur pada pasien hipertensi. Riset ini merupakan pendahulu dari riset eksperimental, menggunakan desain pretest satu kelompok posttest-only.  Subyek dipantau baik sebelum maupun sesudah perlakuan. Hipotesis Ho ditolak karena nilai P sebesar 0.000.005 untuk hasil yang dipasangkan sebelum dan sesudah pengujian. Hasil studi tahun 2023 yang dilakukan di Klinik Umum Akupunktur Prima Medistra Medan menunjukkan bahwa pengobatan akupunktur efektif menurunkan tekanan darah. Pasien dengan tekanan darah tinggi yang mengunjungi klinik umum akupunktur Prima Medistra dapat memperoleh manfaat dari metode penurunan dan pemeliharaan tekanan darah ini. Diharapkan bagi pasien yang menderita penyakit Hipertensi agar rutin melakukan terapi akupuntur. Diharapkan bagi tempat penelitian bisa memberikan pelayanan lebih baik lagi dan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang terapi akupuntur terhadap penyakit hipertensi.Bagi Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan bisa meneliti penyakit lain dengan menggunakan variabel yang sama. Kata Kunci: Pasien,Tekanan Darah,Terapi Akupuntur
