Correction to "CO as an important high-altitude tracer of dynamics in the polar stratosphere and mesosphere"

Abstract

In the paper "CO as an important high-altitude tracer of dynamics in the polar stratosphere and mesosphere" by R. L. de Zafra and G. Muscari (Journal of Geophysical Research, 109, D06105, doi:10.1029/2003JD004099), we have discovered an error in Figure 6b, where the same PV data used in the top panel of Figure 7b were inadvertently used in the top panel (1000 K) of Figure 6b. Conclusions in the text are not affected by this error. The correct Figure 6 is given here. Copyright 2004 by the American Geophysical Union.
