Abstract

The reversible formation of a coordinative bond between a polymer-bound Lewis-acidic metal complex and a flavin imide moiety allows complete extraction of riboflavin from aqueous solution at physiological pH and its quantitative release at pH 5. © 2001 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
