Abstract
In this paper, we consider what India must do to meet its 30 GW offshore wind target. We attempt to answer this question by examining the existing situation in India regarding offshore-wind-related issues, analyzed under categories relevant to India (policy, finance, infrastructure, regulations, and environmental impacts)—and by drawing lessons from successful countries.
