Abstract

To address the pain points in traditional university innovation education - such as inadequate personalized adaptation, insufficient cultivation of higher-order thinking, and inefficient industry-academia-research collaboration - this paper constructs an "AI-PTS Convergence Model"against the backdrop of educational digital transformation. By integrating artificial intelligence technology with a three-dimensional deep learning framework, it achieves precision, collaboration, and ecological upgrades in innovation education. Centered on the P3 (sociocultural layer), TRI (cognitive processing layer), and STR (practice hub layer) architecture, the model embeds generative AI engines, knowledge graphs, and digital twin modules to form a dynamic operational mechanism of "peer collaboration-AI empowerment-project-driven learning-cyclical enhancement."The research employs a three-dimensional implementation approach: "Technology Empowerment - Tiered Cultivation - Diverse Evaluation."At the technology empowerment level, generative AI tools establish real-time feedback systems, while research agents expand cognitive boundaries. For tiered cultivation, a stepwise curriculum system based on Bloom's Taxonomy integrates adversarial learning and virtual simulation experiments. At the multi-dimensional evaluation level, a comprehensive assessment system is established by integrating the "technological entropy"evaluation model with dynamic capability radar charts. Experimental validation demonstrates that this model and methodology significantly enhance university students' critical thinking, cross-domain innovation, and problem-solving abilities, effectively addressing application challenges such as technological dependency and algorithmic bias. The research provides an actionable theoretical framework and practical pathway for transforming innovation education paradigms in higher education during the AI era, contributing to the construction of autonomous cultivation systems for top-tier innovative talent.
