Abstract

In this issue of Blood, Manček-Keber et al report that exosomes and microvesicles (MVs) produced by lymphoma B cells and carrying MyD88L265P reprogram the bone marrow environment (BME) by activating endogenous proinflammatory signaling pathways in recipient nonmalignant cells.
