Abstract

Technological progress and the rapid evolution of science and society require the existence of professionally well-trained teachers in the education system, so that they can respond to current and future challenges. Promoting values such as equity, justice and tolerance require teachers to have the necessary skills to adapt to the individual needs of students and provide them with effective learning experiences. Continuous professional training of teachers is essential for ensuring a quality instructional-educational process and for adapting to the increasingly complex requirements of modern society.
