Abstract

Precious metal nanomaterials have the advantages of low toxicity, optical stability, water-solubility, good biocompatibility and strong photoluminescence. In this paper, by controlling the proportion of the reaction substance, the amount of reducing agent, pH value, reaction temperature and reaction time, we synthesized the fluorescent gold nanocubes with uniform size and morphology, good fluorescence signal and excellent biocompatibility. It provides some guidance for the shape control of nanocubes synthesis.
