Abstract

The article aims to explore the impact of diversified teams on organizational performance and corresponding management strategies. Through literature review and theoretical analysis methods, the composition of diversified teams, their impact on organizational performance, and the challenges faced in managing diversified teams are studied. This research has found that diversified teams can promote innovation capabilities, improve information processing and decision-making skills, and have a positive impact on employee morale and job satisfaction. However, managing a diverse team also faces communication barriers caused by cultural differences , issues with building team cohesion and identity, and challenges for leaders in cross-cultural management abilities. Therefore, management strategies such as promoting cultural exchange and understanding, establishing an inclusive work environment, and enhancing the cross-cultural management skills of leaders have been proposed. The research results indicate that the management of diversified teams requires leaders to have cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, establish an inclusive work environment, and promote cultural exchange and understanding, which will be beneficial for improving team performance.
