Abstract
The design, development, and biological evaluation of the multitarget series of tetrahydroindolo-[2,3-c]quinolinones is based on the "old" drug ambocarb via the "deconvolution" approach and is reviewed for the potential treatment of neurodegenerative conditions. © 2013 Springer Science+Business Media New York.
